It's sad that I can't even put a poll up for someone deciding the need to vote tens of times for the same person. It is pretty easy to figure out that someone is doing it when I had significantly more votes show up in a two hour time frame yesterday than I did page hits. This also happened with the last poll I put up.
Because someone can't be mature these polls will be discontinued. Sorry everyone for one person spoiling everyone's fun, but I can't find a way to work around it. If you have any suggestions, feel free to email me about it.

It is sad that someone feels so threatened by a poll that they have to sabotage the results. While the results may look good to the outside world it actually hurts the news and weather teams because they think what they are doing is what people want and like when in fact it isn't. It should be used not only as a way to monitor the pulse of the viewers but a motivational tool to keep coming up with new and innovative ways to engage the viewers. While we like seeing the results of polls the important part is allowing each of us to relay to them what we feel is important to us and who we feel takes our input seriously. When someone disrupts this communication they have done more harm than good for their favorite team. You have an excellent blog in which you have given us great insight before starting the polls and I have no doubt that will continue.
