Hello Dolly...

Tropical Storm Dolly has formed in the Western Caribbean and looks to hit the Yucatan peninsula of Mexico later today. The questions then become numerous. Does it hit Mexico or Texas after spending time in the Gulf of Mexico? Will it make landfall as a Tropical Storm or a Hurricane? Just how strong will it be?
