WIBW Tv in Topeka has been streaming live coverage for the past several hours and are reporting that Manhattan, KS has been hit by a tornado... likely a direct hit. Manhattan is home to K-State University. Chapman, KS was also hit head on by this same tornado. There are numerous injuries in that community.
